Apple Vs Adobe

We’ve always been a long standing supporter of Apple. In fact the first computer the business used was the Apple Macintosh back in the 80’s.

However the stories keep on coming that Apple will not support Adobe Flash, instead opting for HTML5. I can understand that maybe HTML5 is an up and coming technology that may prove to be more successful but I can’t understand why Apple can’t support both.

Not too long ago the only people I knew who had apple computers were graphic designers and printers and my view is that Apple have grown to be the company they are now with the help of Adobe and Quark.

I’ve read that Adobe are constantly in talks with Microsoft, however talks of a merger have been denied. I just hope they don’t stop the great work they started and have built on with Apple otherwise we may have to switch to PC and that is a scary thought!

New Look for kmcreative

We are delighted to introduce you to kmcreative's new name and look - de winter design.

Several months ago we celebrated the news that de winter PR acquired kmcreative. Many of you will know that the two business teams worked very closely together for over 20 years on a vast range of projects for many clients throughout the UK, combining de Winter's writing, PR and marketing skills with kmcreative's design and production expertise, producing high impact work that we're very proud of.

We are now continuing to build and maximise upon these synergies by rebranding our design business to reflect our one team approach and enable us to continue to further grow our award-winning communications service - whether it's design, PR, website development, social media or events, our teams are at hand to offer you a creative campaign to suit your needs and objectives.

We will be phasing in the new look over the coming weeks to all our stationery and team emails.
We hope we can catch up with you over the festive season to celebrate our new look and drink to a wonderful year ahead.
